Once the design and layout is finalized, AVVISA works with you to understand the finish requirements to help provide with an estimated cost.

1. Selecting the bathroom, kitchen and other finishes. We help you match everything, so all your countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, backsplash and accessories work cohesively.

2. Budgeting. We work with you to establish a budget and then create a unique design to that budget. We work closely with our suppliers and we know the exact price of each component. This maximizes your options and eliminates unnecessary costs. Whatever the size of your budget, your home should look like you spent more.

BUILD

We order the materials and help you obtain the construction permits so everything comes together on schedule.

From foundation to framing to electrical/plumbing/mechanical, we work with licensed and bonded subs.

FINALIZE

Once construction is complete, you’ll join your AVVISA representative to perform 100 Point Personal Walk-Thru Inspection to ensure your new (D)ADU exceeds both building standards and your expectations. We’ll complete any corrections in a timely fashion and it’s about time for you to move in.

All that’s left is to sign the paperwork, take care of any financial obligations, and get the keys.
